✅ 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return any brand new, unused item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping.

 

🔁 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

• Items must be returned within 60 days from the delivery date.

• Scribli does not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🚚 Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

💌 How to Start a Return

Simply email our friendly support team at support@scriblikids.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A brief reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

⏱ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
